Sony Bravia KDL52XBR4 52 inch LCD TV rocks!
by imnomad, Nov. 4, 2008 - Pros: The size of the image and the acuteness of the pictures and it's not even recieving 1080 yet. The features that come with the unit meet all my needs.
- Cons: I have no negative comments
- Comments:
The Sony Bravia LCD TV is an excellent buy. I shopped around and looked at other brand names in the same picture size before purchasing and chose Sony for several reasons including my experience with other Sony products, the features that this TV provides and the excellent picture quality. I am very pleased with the product. ...

Incredible viewing experience!!
by ey66, May. 29, 2008 - Pros: Love the large size and excellent picture.
- Cons: Only con is the channel banner that comes on when the TV is powered on.
- Comments:
It is our main viewing television; we will use it every day. The size is excellent. The only thing I don't like is that I use it with satellite so I don't have to change the channel on the television yet whenever the TV is turned on a large banner comes on the screen and stays for about 30 seconds. ...

by Jim, Jan. 22, 2008 - Pros: Many picture and wide viewing modes easy to access.
- Cons: Only 3 HDMI inputs.
- Has Owned Product: 12 days
- Comments:
The Sony Bravia KDL52XBR4 has little to dislike. The clearest and most realistic display, with or without cable. (I get 13 digital and 30 analog w/ rabbit ears.) The remote control and menu system are very easy to use in setting up the TV. Plenty of in...

- Cons: None.
- Comments:
A couple of years ago Sony abandoned plasma and bet the farm on LCD, and since then the company has consistently produced the best-performing flat-panel LCDs available, at least according to our tests. Of course, we've always seen better picture quality i... - Read full review at zdnet.com

Sony KDL-40XBR4
by Online Shopper - Comments:
Although CNET did not review the 40-inch Sony KDL-40XBR4, we did review the 46-inch Sony KDL-46XBR4. Judging from their spec sheets, the two Sony flat-panel LCD HDTVs are identical but for screen size, so we expect the picture quality of the 46-inch model... - Read full review at zdnet.com

Ultimate AV: Sony Bravia KDL-46XBR4 LCD Digital Color TV

At $3,599 the KDL-46XBR4 is also considerably less expensive than the 46XBR2--a reflection on the continuing downward trend in flat panel prices. But the Sony is still a premium priced product in an increasingly competitive market. We're here to see if it... - Read full review at ultimateavmag.com

The Best HDTVs
by Robert Heron - Pros: Excellent HD color when using "movie" picture preset. Superb contrast. 120-Hz display technology makes movies look great.
- Cons: Default processing exaggerates video noise. Standard processing also degrades detection of 24p material. Image smearing increases when noise reduction is activated. Watch the Sony Bravia KDL-52XBR4 Video Review!
- Comments:
No flat-panel LCD manufacturer does color better than Sony. By "doing color" I mean accurately displaying hues the way they are meant to be seen as defined by the HD spec. The Sony Bravia KDL-52XBR4 ($3,799.99 list) continues this tradition of accurate co... - Read full review at pcmag.com
