  I bought this primarily to listen to audiobooks, but bookmarks only work in the first 10 minutes of the downloaded part. I'm unable to fast forward to the point I left off. The lack of bookmark capability is disappointing, but for music playback, the value can't be beat. Sandisk doesn't reply to emails to fix the firmware for the bookmarks, so I am not pleased with their lack of response to customers. ...

- Cons: No manual came with my refurb, and it's no longer available on the Web.
