I have tried to order a ring 3 times now and each time the merchant has cancelled the order without explaination this has annoyed the crap out of me I refuse to give praise to a company that doesnt give a crap about its customers from international shores

Everything was quite satisfactory. I was pleasantly surprised to see after I called for an inquiry it was immediately shipped out via 2 day air and received very quickly. The ring is beautiful, however had scuffed easily within the first hour of wear.

Numerous emails were never acknowledged. Customer service adequate. order was placed because a previous order was wrong. Over night shipping was selected, yet the items were not in stock and the company did not notify. Shipping costs removed from bill

my only issue is that it was paid for and the amount was deducted from my account, but there is also a second charge for the same amount that is on hold from my bank account and i don't have access to the money until you release the funds.
