The billing process was somewhat difficult as I was able to buy the items I wantet but was not after a week. Submitting a copy of my credit card, Id, sending a signature on a paper and a bill with my address on it... too much!! And being told I needed an American card when the order had gone through... And to top it all I have been sent the wrong items... More

Hi: Today is July 13, 2008 6:35PM, I did not receive my GPS, I do Not Have you Phone Number to call. My Order suposele arrived in 3 Day's, today is 7 day's nothing arrived yet. Please give some explanation, by call me on my cell ASAP (617.777.8693)

Pysical (to big!) vs photo differed greatly. Process and experience in regards to shopping OK...the product it was just not waht expected.

i tried to pay with paypal ( i have card and addresse confirmed by paypal ..) they give back my money and cancelled the order.. i placed a new order with my visa they acknowleged the order and later cancelled again the order... i feel going crazy - and was not very kind with the customer dept and finaly the accepted to re validate the order .. and today... More
