WHEN MY SUNGLASSES WERE DELIVERED TO MY HOME UPS CHARGED ME $33.00 EXTRA I WOULD LIKE TO NO WHY I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THIS CHARGE PLUS THE COST OF THE GLASSES

I?ve received my sunglasses here in Brazil and they are great! It only took longer than expected because of our Mail company. But is reliable and my contact with the staff was really good and fast!

Absolutely terrible customer service. No communication at all, even after product had not shipped for two weeks. I will be posting on all the forums I vist (for example, Vogue)that I do NOT recommend sunglassesitaly whatsoever.
