In my purchase order I order 20 Adult metallic masks APR178DZ instead I only receive 19 and they are kids size (eye mask FA155) I need adult size

So far we have used two of the pins and they are both broken - we hope the others work out okay as it would be a great disappointment for our event if they don't

24 blue Lightcubes do not turn on. Perhaps defective or froze during shipment. Cust Service asked me to send back with no offer to pay for return. Too much hassle, I threw them out. Windy City should have replaced them first before return.
