The item was not as described on line, i.e. the impeller was of steel, not of aluminum as advertised. The product was damaged in such a way that it had to have been damaged before it left Penn State faciliteis.

I will never order at PSI until they use UPS Ground and Canada Post. They actualy use a private broker. So a Polish at 19.95$US cost me 81.57$CAN!!! 38.80$CAN in brokage. I wrote to PSI , no reply. Sorry I will order at other online stores

I ordered pen turning DVD. It was on the packing slip and stated that it was in the box but alas there was no pen turning DVD. Not a huge deal as it was a no cost item but I was still surprised.
