The item is DOA. They have yet to give me a RMA number. they want me to deal with the manufacturer and just accept that they sold me a non working product.

If my shipping notice would have been taken into consideration, I woul have saved. It would be a BIG improvement if you would tag ALL canadian packages as GIFT. The two monitors cost me 145$ of COD UPS shipping and customs which, with the initial cost of the two monitors come to the equivalent of buying them brand new here in Canada.

Bigcitydirect have clarified their stand on the issue of unconfirmed address. This is paypal's problem not bigcitydirect. Anyway, I hope to deal with bigcitydirect again as I have my mailing address verified in bigcitydirect database but not with paypal. Hope to have a better and smoother transaction in future.

The Sharp TV was supposed to be shipped Federal Express Ground free but your computer charged me the shipping fee instead. After my phone call, the shipping charge was reimbursed to my account with the credit card company. The TV that I received was defective. It could not perform the set-up procedure and I could not change to any other channel manually... More
