When my order was placed I was not made aware that one of the pieces (the most expensive one) was on back order. In addition to that I was charged the total amount and the last piece is on back order until 2-4-09.

I ordered the product on a Sunday and free ground shipping had it to me by Wednesday - I was extremely pleased with both the communication and confirmation.
