I got the wrong case for my frames. Instead of just sending the correct case, they requested I send the frames back also. Are you kidding? How about pulling the same frames off the shelves and determine which case will fit? A little common sense, people!

I have yet to receive shipping info re: the glasses I purchased on 11/23. Obviously, I have not received the glasses yet so I cannot really comment much on this transaction

the frame was bent at the bottom calledd this morning iwas told i would get a call right back.never heard back!!!

Initially, I was told the frame color I ordered was no longer available, but a customer service rep took the time to contact me due to the availability of one set. I was very pleased that the rep took the time to contact me.

Very slow to ship order, and 2nd day air took 4 days for delivery. Doubtful to make another purchase with them.
