It would be nice to have it say on your on-line catalog that elbow pads and knee pads came in pairs, if it did say it, as a customer I didn't see it, so maybe you all should make it clear. Thanks

I am not happy that I bought a tire at cycle gear and my local cycle gear store cannot put it on until tomorrow. and they had no reason why I have to wait to get my tire fixed. I will call other shops and see if someone else wants me as a customer

What I ordered was not shipped by the manufacturer and never recieved at the cyclegear warehouse (that is how it was explained to me). I was never given notice of that, and wouldnt have know had I not called to see why my order had not shipped.

We had some trouble with our exchange. We had to give Cycle Gear our credit card info three times before they got it right.

One of the two headlights I received was faulty and failed immediately. I'll be returning it.

I like that CycleGear carries a wider variety of women's gear, compared to other stores/websites. Also 3 deliveries for 4 items seemed wasteful...maybe a way to streamline?...could save the company $$.

I've only received the producs today (25/06). Since I,m from Brazil and my uncle brought them for me, I'll ask him or my aunt to exchange the pants for larger ones. But they'll only com e back to the USA on july.
