I was pleased with the products that I received, but very unsatisfied with not receiving the items that I really wanted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered three visors for my Shoei RF1000. I paid for 2 day shipping. One visor arrived in time. The other two were a week late - they were poorly packaged and the chrome one was damaged.

Cycle Gear sent me someone else's item in addition to my own. I ended up paying return shipping for both. This in spite of their assurance that they would cover shipping.

I did return it to the Sac store this is where my grandchild lives. I like the size of this store. You are greated when you come in after that you have to pull teeth to get any help.

Get job! Received product in a timely matter, was kept up to date about what was going on with order! Only wished more sizes were available on certain items. Seemed that Large was not available on a lot of items. Other than that great service.

I payed an extra $20 for 2 day shipmnet and I placed the order sunday morning, 11-15. Cycle Gear didn't get the order placed until the 18th. What is the freak'n point of 2 day shipping if you guys can't place the order on the next working day?

A very pleasent experience. I ordered and it came. However, UPS was quite slow on delievery. Next time i may just go into the cyclegear store here in vegas.
