Ordering was easy but it took almost a week to ship out my order and it's taking another week for ground shipping to get it to Connecticut.

product came in a cycle gear box with no product specific information (no manual, tags, registration card, etc)

Little shipping timing issue but product was great. I was misinformed on readability of product for shipping and relied on online shopping,.. should have gone to the store directly.

I was disappointed that I paid five dollars more for each item than a pricetag showed on each product when they arrived! It is not the 10 dollars that I care about. It is the perception that they are selling me something for more than they should. At least take the tags off and hide it a bit better.
