Item was not as described. After sending email they offered to fix the web page to reflect the correct weight of item. They never offered any resolution to this problem. I am now stuck with a product that is more than twice the listed weight.

I was very pleased with the excellent selection and prices for GPS units. Also the shipping was very prompt.

small mixup on the tracking. Tracking number sent to me said that the order was cancelled. I emailed customer support and they sent me an upated tracking number. The order wasn't delayed and email response was quick.

The User instructins and documentation that came with the product are extremely BAD. There are no instructions on how to charge the battery. There are no instructions on what to expect after the battery is charged - which did not happen with my product.

The transaction, service and delivery were great. The indicator lights on the product showing blue tooth and gps availability are very small and so dim as to be invisible in sunlight. This, of course, is not their fault. The unit seems to work well.

Device works well, but does not always light up when switch is turned to 'on'. Tapping device makes it work.

Did not send a shipping confirmation. Product seams to not work in my device even though the website said it did. Out of memory errors in a Dell AXIM x51v
