My order was delivered as promised. The only problem that I had was that I had to sign for the item, so I had to pick them up personally from the delivery company. I understand though considering the item. I was quite happy with the product itself.

Diamond received did not come with certificate.I specifically asked to have replacement sent to my place of employement because I would not be home to accept delivery.It shipped to my home and left at my doorstep.

I was very dissatisfied with the delievery process, when I arrieved home they were on my welcome mat for anyone to take. I found a very large flaw on one of the diamonds. I would like to know if it is possible to return and get a new one

Only negetive issue was with the delivery, almost did not receive item on time. Had to call fedx and make special arrangements due to signature was required, I am not available at home until late in the afternoons.

I love the warranty for trade in and price match. Although I wish the price match lasted a little longer and that they were insured for loss and damage without a third party insurance company. Otherwise, the diamond earrings are beautiful. I'll be back.
