Customer service was going to email me a new tracking number but never did. Product showed up quickly and all is well.

I am disappointed with the DVD, it gives no technical advive about its use. I can see the same footage online. Apart from that I am very happy with the Tambour Bits. I Could not find them in Australia.

I really Like the selection of the cutters I purchased, but I would have purchased more if you would have had Osrud tapered ball end cutters for wood & plastic. I purchased the fron MCS

i ordered tounge and groove router bits from toolstoday and recieved them quicker than i thought i would. i haven`t used them yet but i sure will see how well they hold up when i get started on the job at hand.
