there was no explanations about weekend purchases. we needed the item on monday, so i overnighted the item. if i'd known weekends don't count i'd still ordered the order but my expectations would have been different.

Paypal recorded my address wrong.I imediately contact you before shipment to arange for the delivery address to be corrected but got no responce.As the postal service redirected my post and as it arived by Aus post and not DHL all went well.

I am disappointed with the DVD, it gives no technical advive about its use. I can see the same footage online. Apart from that I am very happy with the Tambour Bits. I Could not find them in Australia.

I really Like the selection of the cutters I purchased, but I would have purchased more if you would have had Osrud tapered ball end cutters for wood & plastic. I purchased the fron MCS
