Found the website very user-friendly and all the info good, and the product selection very good. The one problem I had was that was no shipment time was given for the mid-rate shipping method I chose - USPS express post.

I received the wrong bird, but the customer service rep was very nice in allowing me to return and exchane for the right bird. I am still waiting on the Jade Turtle which wasn't available at purchase. The rest of my order was great and fast shipping!
