I requested to have a message included with my order, but was disappointed that this was only printed on the reciept and made it inappropriate to give the message along with the gift of the music box I purchased.

I was extremly happy with the level of service I received and their accomidating the short deadline I had in getting my product to me in time for Christmas. I will highly recommend and definitely purchase from Music Box Attic again.

The quality was quite inferior to the price paid. The old addage that you get what you pay for isn't always true.....live and learn. The shipping and tracking were great though.

I was not pleased to receive a call implying that my order would NOT arrive on time unless I upgraded the shipping method. Seemed a scam to make more money or an admission that req'd shipping would not be done despite inflated shipping price

the music box was prettier than the picture. It was smaller than what I was expecting but very pretty.

The only thing I wished would have been included in my purchase would have to be instructions. I had a little trouble getting my music box movement together and the online instructions didn't help to much.

I did not order the wrong item - my order was correct. They sent the correct box with the wrong song on it.
