There was a small spot on corner of lid of the jewelry box. Looked like it had been damaged. It was repaired (painted over with a glossier paint) but still stands out. Don't have the time/patience to return the product. But I'm not really satisfied.

The gift was a hit. I would think that w/ a little promotion you could really boost sales. It is a unique gift that somehow came to my mind for a "special" present.

Great product and exactly as described/ordered. International delivery timing was not correct. Paid for expedited and was 8 business days from shipment notice instead of 3-5... missed the function by 2 days.

Item sent w/o engraved plague I ordered. Cust Svc agent very pleasant/apologetic. Needed item for anniversary dinner 4-14. Said she would send it at once 4-13. Has not arrived as of 4-17. Request refund of express shipping cost I paid.

The clock , which I know is not Music Box Attics' fault, is smaller than I expected. The description by the manufacturer states 14", I did not think the 14" included the pendulums as well. But I am satisfied

I did not receive any instruction for installing the cover-off, music-on, spring operated item. If I can't find out to install it, I will not be able to place the movement correctly in the music box. Then,I will have to return the music box movement.
