The Kakakiki KombBrush was of poor quality;came with caution - warning of teeth breakage if forcefully used. Not designed for kinky or natural hair which requires more force than straight hair. Information should be listed in description of the product.

I like that my email was answered by a call. How ever I needed some one on one info about 2 of the items. Because of that I need to return atleast 2 of the items. Please let me know how I can do this.

I was very surprised at the consistency of the hair balm. It's as thick as hard clay. I had to microwave it for nearly 1 minute to get it to a consistency that I could even stick my finger in it.
