item not received. I was asked if I would wait until 11/15. I emailed back saying yes I would wait for it. a call came after this asking if I wanted to wait until 11/15. will it arrive on time? I dont know..

bought white track lights - told wt not avail. bought black. Out of six blk 3 worked. asked for reorder of 3 told no longer available.

Today is the 13th of July and I still haven't received my order, even though you hit my Visa card for the amount owed 10 days ago.

It seemed to take a several days from purchase to ship product compared to other things I've bought online. When I emailed them about it they responded quickly and the product was shipped right away, not sure what the delay was.

I have placed two orders with this company - have been highly satisified with shipment time and prices - only negative is that on BOTH orders their tracking system did not work, I never received any info on my shipment until I called them directly -

The product color didn't look like the photo on the website which would have matched my piano better.

I found the website very easy to use and find what I was looking for. The ordering process was very easy and the delivery service on time. The only suggestion I would make is to require a delivery signature. I was out when the delivery service attempted to deliver and they did not leave a notice but had in fact left the parcel in the leasing office at... More

I never received an email that the item was shipped. I called and they had not received anything after a week. A few days later, the item was on my door step.
