I received PC Tools Int. Sec. very fast. The DVD I received was outdated. 3 of 4 apps worked on XP, and 2 of 4 apps worked on Vista. PC Tools fixed the problem. Now all 4 versions work on everything. Next time I will go to PC Tools for latest version.

I received the 2nd order two days after ordering, but I first order did not come. After contacting you, I received the 1st order today. Evidently it was lost in the mail. Should the original first order arrive, I'll mark it "return to sender."

3 of my choices were back-ordered but I was informed and the wait was not lengthy. I knew at the time of my order that one of my items would not be available but the other two were not known until the package arrived incomplete.

The customer service was superb and I really appreciated the number of shipping options I received. There are not too many companies out there these days that offer you Media Mail if your order qualifies. It is a great way to save on shipping.
