I can not speak highly enough about Backcounty Edge products, prices, and delivery. I am in the midst of traveling across the country so its imperative that I am frugal and product arrive ontime. Great dang job!

The product (Kelty Red Cloud 5600 Backpack) met every expectation. I recently returned a backpack made by another manufacturer and bought from another source because of poor performance. The product I purchased is an accesory item to another product that I purchased from a different retailer. While the backcountry edge item was in route, I decided to return the base product due to a faulty design, so I will be returning the backcountry accessory product as well.

Good packing, fast shipping. Very impressed with the return policy--return slip attached. Very mpressed with customer service guarantee. Didn't notice that on website (didn't pay attention) but obvious in package rec'd.

I said I would be unlikely to recommend this company because I was in search of a specific item and Backcountry Edge was just one of several that carried it. I don't know enough about the company itself to make any recommendations. I had a positive experience with this particular purchase.
