NOTE: I am very happy with the quality of the produce and with the price, but the item took much longer to arrive than I expected, and I did not receive any email communication warning me that delivery would take several weeks. In fact I was worried that my order had been lost.

After about over 10 days order, no tracking info. contacted you by e-mail and cancelled order. followed by asking to confirm receiving the the product. I responded many times by e-mail, but still have been asked to do this survey again and again. I wasted a lot of time and effort for this. would you please stop bothering me.

where is my order and why have'nt anyone contacted me of the delay after it was paid for.....why is that? why is it, i can't use the track order feature to locate my order, i have tryed five time and get the same messages---unavailable at this time, i have never had this problem with amazon.com?

For the price of shipping the item should have showed up on time period. A notice of late shipping would have been acceptable prior to purchase.

It would be nice to know if products are actually in stock when placing an order. I ordered something for my son for Christmas that was not really available, so my order was cancelled, but only after I emailed customer service. If I would have known the item was not in stock, I would have ordered elsewhere and been able to get the item by Christmas. Instead... More

When I placed the order with SuperDuperClub, the website stated the product was in stock and would ship immediately. A few hours later, I received an email stating they cancelled my order because it was not in stock!
