I was told by email to call their 800 number with my credit card number to pay additional shipping to Hawaii. I did this but they failed to call me back and then canceled my order. Thanks for nothing.

Trivillage had the product ordered shipping out within hours of delivery, great service. Would only recommend looking at shipping fees and IF there is a way to lower them a little bit to be able to compete with other online sites. Very happy overall =)

I am new to triathlons. I wish the westuit came with more care instructions. I was disappointed to find the tri-top was a bit small.When I visited a local athletic store they told me tri-tops ran small. I sure wish you had told me that.

Showing items available for sale and allowing an order to be placed and then telling the customer that nothing that you ordered is actually able to be purchased is the ultimate form of conducting business badly.
