I was called the day after I placed the order. I was told the item had been sold the previous day. They offered a substitute. I would have tried it except that they would not offer me free return if it didn't work out as I hoped.

I was reluctant to order from an unknown source.However,one of the items I ordered was popular and difficult to find.It was also close to Christmas.I did talk to customer service and the guy I spoke to was very helpful.Thumbs up for Trivillage.
