I ordered items and then found out 3 days later they were not available..the response to find a replacement was great though prompted by me, not the store....a painful process all in all

Received e-mail after I was already suppossed to have gotten shipment that my item wasn't available. Told them to cancel order and still haven't gotten a response from them.

although on the web site it said price included taxes etc I had to pay an extra £25 to collect it from the parcel office. This made my product very expensive so I will not purchase anything again.
