Staff did their best at getting a detailed description of the product. altE did not have one and neither did the manufacturer. I got a solar panel RV mount that appeared to tilt either way. I was disappointed that it will only tilt one way.

WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER, I REQUESTED THAT THE ITEM BE SHIDPPED FED-EX INTL ECONOMY TO THE ISLAND OF CURACAO, N.A. THE ITEM WAS SHIPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS ON MY CC.

I ordered a solar evaluation which I have yet to receive a call on to schedule a day and time for a contractor to come out to my home. We are interested in installing a solar hot water heater. I would still like someone to come out.
