Product not packaged in origional box. Not packaged at all. Have not had the oportunity to install the xfer belt yet in machine. Do not know if all is all right. Looks OK at this time.

I am so glad to find a place to purchase toner for my printer that isn't the same place we purchased the printer. We were told we could only get the toner through them. I haven't tried it yet so we still will have to see if it works.

House of Inkjet was great. It was BizRate that sucked. I will only buy from them directly from now.

the only complaint I would have is that the printer didn't want me to use non epson products, but after fiddling with it a bit it quit it's complainging.

Order took almost a week to get here. I ordered on 10/24/2009 and did not receive until 10/30/2009 (seems an excessive amount of time). I was able to track the package.

I inquired about a specific discount after purchasing. Although I went about it the wrong way, the customer service person sent me a really nice hand written note explaining how I can best handle special circumstances when purchasing. Thank you!
