I ordered a gun and after I felt it should have been delivered, I called to find out that the one I ordered was out of stock and I hadn't been notified. The man on the phone helped me select a different one that was in stock. I do not believe that it takes any company this long to get merchandise, it seems that they do not want to deliever items that womwn order.

There were no real instructions with the gun regarding how to put it together. I did my best and then needed help from a friend. So far the gun is working okay, only used it once. The face mask is falling apart. May return.

Website is not easy to navigate....tabs are vague, and are not product specific. Makes it hard to find or go to specific products without searching.

I appreciated how fast your shipping was, and your prices were excellent. Great free shipping deal going, it worked just like normal shipping. I would like to see more gas gun parts however... Especially for the M11A1.

We placed an order in July that was short.I got no one on the phone.It took 3 emails & about 4 days to get a response.I was told the out of stock item would be shipped within 3 weeks.It is Sept 1st & we still have no gun but they have our $ for the gun.
