i am very happy with my purchased item and do plan on making a future purchase from here again, if i could also find some coupons and such, id buy a lot more and i already reccomended this site to a few friends

Although all items were delivered on time, all of bags my BBs were in were ripped and BBs were everywhere. The spare clip I ordered was on one side of the box while its seperate package was on another. Very little instruction. Papers were torn,etc.

When we put in a coupon code for $10 off it said it would show at checkout but it didn't. Rip off

Airsplat cancelled my order for no reason. I suspect they did not want to honor the free shipping promotion. I am very disappointed. The customer service was terrible. They would not even attempt to work with me.

My AirSplat account had a $20 credit which was not applied at checkout. I contacted Customer Support regarding this issue and they credited my credit card for the credit amount. They were prompt with their resolution and appologized for the inconvenience.

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ORDER AS OF TODAY. I DID RECEIVE A RESPONSE, WITHIN ONE DAY, OF MY INQUIRY ABOUT WHEN THE PRODUCTS WILL BE MAILED. THE RESPONSE WAS THAT THE PRODUCT WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME DUE TO AN OVERWHELMING REQUEST FOR THIS PRODUCT.
