Quality Bath provided superior service. Easy to place order - with great prices, immediate acknowledgement of order, immediate shipment, and great packing to assure minimal risk in shipment. They demonstrated very high standards from my perspective.

There was no delivery time when I placed the order so I was sure it would take two to three weeks at best. The product was at my doorstep within five days. The response time was excellent -- you should let your customers know you give that kind of service.

The Quality Bath website is excellent and everything about my purchase experience went smoothly. I haven't installed my new faucet yet so can't speak to the quality of the purchased item.

Ordered items online and verbally, items were coming from western part of country( Ca, and Az) both items arrived the following Tuesday, WOW! My client ia impressed with my work and the products in such a short time. Thanks to all at Quality Bath.

Vanity top was damaged and so was on of the doors to the vanity. This was not noticed at time of delivery and until Janet could get the e-mail of pictures of the damaged materials they didn't get re-ordered.
