I will be emailing to request that they send me the missing drain. One sink arrived without the drain.

The salesperson was knowledgeable about the company I was purchasing from and made sure to let me know that there was a company buyout and that I should be cautious about lead times promised. Nevertheless, the product arrived in a timely manner.

I still have to install it. I didn't see how to view order status online. However, once it was shipped, the email notification allowed me to see it. Packed great, love the product and the price was unbeatable. Thank you!

I found Quality Bath 2 weeks ago because of the great prices, and I will keep using them because of their great service (phone and email). I only wish they were earlier/later hours for phone support (at least for simple things) and had less restocking fee

My order was available locally so Quality Bath called me with the option to pick it up immediately with a discount or wait 1-2 wks for normal shipping. I chose to pick it up and saved even more $$. I appreciated Quality Baths giving me the option.
