I was a bit leery of making a rather pricey purchase from an unknown company. The product is better than I expected; it arrived earlier than I expected; and the condition of the packing was perfect! Thanks so much for such great service.

I never received a reply to my e-mail regarding the word "rupture" written on my Production Pick List. Does this mean something is wrong with it?

I received an after my purchase & shipping confermation saying part of the order would take 6 weeks to receive. I purchased from you at a higher price because I thought all the items in stock. Support did send me a stock item to get me by until shipped.

I so regret not remembering her name, but there was a very receptive, action-oriented person who answered the 800-line, and helped me to fix an issue with the carrier. GREAT WORK

The Fed Ex deliveryperson couldn't deliver the items because of the wrong zip code so we had to order from another vendor as we were in a hurry. It could have been my mistake on the zip code--I'm not sure. Sorry if it was my fault.

they could use more detailed information on their website concerning color and accessory choices. we ordered sprayers and ended up not needing them.

I was pleasantly surprised with how speedy my large order was received. I ordered it on a Sunday afternoon, received notice that it was shipped on Tuesday and it arrived on Wednesday. Great service. Thanks.
