Every time I called, there was an immediate disconnection or I was put on hold for a long period of time. I left messages (as instructed) and never received a call back. Very disappointed with customer service.

First email received about my order was that it was on backorder. I contacted customer service and they assured me that the items would be at my home after the weekend despite the confusion.
I was amazed at how fast my order arrived! I wondered if I would get my order before the existing med was depleted, and it seems I got it almost overnight. I am very impressed!
