My order didn't arrive on time, so I made attempts to contact SC by e-mail and phone. Neither worked. When I checked the status of my order, I found that it had been canceled, without my consent. I will never order from SC again.

My purchase was not shipped for over a week after it was ordered. I contacted customer service through email a week after the order, and I did not hear anything back from them. I got one tracking email that was not updated from the time it was picked up until the time it was delivered.

I didn't receive my order. I received an email after my first inquiry saying that the item I ordered was no longer available and that I wouldn't be billed. I contacted them again to ask if there was a similar item that was available and haven't heard back from anyone. Furthermore, the original item I ordered is still on their website with no indication... More
