Shopping on Faceetc.com has always been a great experience for me. In the past, I have contacted the service department, which I further learned more information about products that would be good for skin type and to order the large bottle!

It took a very long time to receive my order. Does FedEx home take longer than traditional FedEx?

Maybe the reason for the delay was due to Labor Day holiday. I was not happy with not having enough instructions in the box on how to use the product.

Sample product pack included sizes a bit small for the price. Did not contain samples of other age products that were suggesting in accompanying information.

I was thrilled to get my Physiodermie products from Faceetc.com as only very limited places sell these products. Also, I got a 10% discount and free shipping and I did not have to drive fifty miles to buy them so thank you Faceetc.com.
