This is the second time I have ordered from Sissel. Very satisfied with the products and excellent customer service received on first order placed which is why I ordered from Sissel again!

My only issue is the shipping cost which cost almost as much as the item I purchased. I tried to find a similar item from a vendor who shipped from a closer geographic location but could not find one.

My order arrived very quickly, within 4 days. The incorrect size of ball was packed, but customer service took care of it immediately and the correct item was received in about 3 days. No problem! The customer service was so terrific.

I expected you to ship this all the way from Switzerland, with how expensive even the regular shipping was, but it came in only a few days? I do really like your product, but the shipping will make me stay away from ordering in the future.
