I was told it was by the phone rep it was large enough to warm a towel and a blanket for an 88 yr old bedridden woman.Thats Ridiculous.what does it mean to put the towels in the plastic bag? before putting in warmer instructions are written poorly

The carry case should not be so difficult to store the chair, its a handfull, that is the only difficult part about it, otherwise its light and breakdown easily, looks professional and I just love it. Thank you.

I returned the original chair that I ordered. I did not like the plastic or that it was made in China. The return was easy and Massage Tools responded quickly to my return request. I am very pleased with the Oakworks chair.

I never received a receipt for my order. There was no email receipt sent to me. This is unusual and I need a receipt for tax purposes. Also, I was not notified when my items shipped, which is also unusual.
