Disappointed that you did not have the color that I wanted or my second color choice but after receiving the silver I was impressed with the feel of a quality product.

IAM NOT BUYING FROM THE AGAIN BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER AVAILABLE TO CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUE OR ANSWER.NOT THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.I DONT KNOW WHAT CAMERA THEY SENT ME SINCE THERE IS NO WAY TO FIND OUT

The original product that I ordered was no longer offered, that was after I ordered what I wanted. Customer service got in contact with me, and let me know and did the best thing they could to help me out, so they recovered and kept my business.

As far as I know the camera was not sent due to a problem with the credit card. I think it showed a different address than the old card I was using.

I had tried all of the major electronic stores,but none of them had the item available. I found the perfect camera along with the accessories that I needed at a much lower price. I will definiteley be shopping with Tech Toys for Less AGAIN.
