Manuals are not detailed enough on some functions of Tripmate 850. One function of odometer does not work at all. Something should be added to manual on how to make this function. Second unit (Qstarz 1000) is an excellent product.

The item I ordered was shipped on day shipment which came on time. Excellent product, good pricing, & offer a very reasonable 2 day shipping option. Highly recommend.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong part but customer service was able to provide an adapter for my Tom Tom mount that solved the issue. even though the error was mine, they provided the adapter free of charge. I'm extremely happy.
