You sent me the wrong battery. It took forever to arrive. I couldn't find contact information to get a new one. I don't think you know what you're doing.

The product that was advertised (a MOTOROLA charger for my C290 phone) was not what was shipped. I received a GENERIC, cheap charger for a blackberry that had the same kind of connector that my phone requires, but doesn't work with my phone.

I did not have the proper phone tools cd for my motorola w385. I was sent an email to go to different sites to get the drivers, etc I needed. Not really happy about this!

I am not satisfied that I had to pay for return shipping on a mistake for wrong item shipped I will not buy anything again from your company and I will never recomend you to anyone
