I was really happy with my transaction it was timely considering I live in Australia and the product was packaged well and nothing was damaged :)

Order 11/30 noted need 12/9. order arrived 12/11 packing slip stated whole order was shipped, added note saying 2nd item would ship later. conflicting, so I called to ask about it, and they acted like it was not a big deal. not received 2nd item.

Great site to order from, especially since their Manhattan local closed. Had a slight issue with shipping, but Kink(sorry if I have misspelled your name)in the customer service department was fantastic! She resolved the issure quickly and efficiently.
