Great site to order from, especially since their Manhattan local closed. Had a slight issue with shipping, but Kink(sorry if I have misspelled your name)in the customer service department was fantastic! She resolved the issure quickly and efficiently.

made two separate orders same day, but only one was processed and delivered. other is under orders on my account, but has no information about the order for some reason and never was charged. contacted customer service about issue but heard nothing.
