My AC unit was damaged before I was able to install it. It makes it hard to answer questions regarding the unit that I was unable to use.

The air conditioner works great, the wife loves the installed features and the BTU's with airflow resolve the uncomfortable extemes of cold and heat in the building.

I was very satisfied with the purchase order and delivery of the lg air condition/heater. However, as far as it's quality I don't know yet. It is going to be installed in a new office being built inside a warehouse, next week.

The heat pump was delivered attached UPSIDE DOWN on the pallet. I am hoping it will be all right, but since it has not been installed as of yet, I do not know.

We have received our order on time, but the heat pump is not unpacked or installed as of yet, therefore cannot complete the survey

Website was cumbersome but had the one item I was looking for .... a replacement air conditioner from a supplier who is out of business. Made retro fit a slide-in, slide-out arrangement. Service was fast considering distance.
