I was not notified that the items ordered were on back order. Instead, I was advised that the items were scheduled to ship in 4-7 days.

One of the easels I ordered arrived damaged. It was taken care of immediately. I really appreciate that! I'm still fighting with a few other companies about damaged shipments. Thanks!

The box was damaged when it was delivered by Fed Ex, the box had holes and tears in the box,Secondly I would have liked the ability to track my box so that I would have known that Fed Ex had left my package at my door unannounced.

Order took longer than indicated & no tracking info was ever sent or posted. Table in great condition & I am pleased with purchase.

Very satisfied with the product, fast shipping, tracking...overall, totally satified. No complaints. The firplace is beautiful. I searched everywhere and your product was the cheapest price for the same product.

very disappointed in the time it took to deliver the product. I purchased it on July 9 and did not get delivery until August 3. Never received info via e-mail letting me know this. Overall customer service was poor at best.

My order was supposed to be shipped within 4-7 days but did not arrive for about 3 weeks. Not happy with the shipping service at all.

The product was just like the photo. The site was easy to purchase from. It was all too good to be true, and that worried me until the bed arrived. It was perfect. On time, both items arrived at the same time, the ship time was very quick.
