My order was shipped to the wrong address and I had to pick it up myself. Package was torn up and theree is a dent in one part of the desk. Fed ex sucks.

I haven't attempted to put the shelves together yet so I can't judge them. My problem, which was partially caused by me, was with Fedex. I gave the correct address, but the wrong zipcode and therefore Fedex couldn't find the place. I had to call them.

I am satisfied with the product I purchased. However, the assembly directions were not as explicit as they could have been. For example, parts were numbered on the directions but not on the actual part so I had to spend time looking for the right part.

we had trouble finding a wall mount large enough for our 65 inch tv. You were one of the only ones we found that did not cost more than the tv. Thanks

I told my landlord that my hobby lamp had broke and I couldn't find another. In a matter of seconds she was on the internet and located the exact lamp that I use. So thanks to her & Trillora.com I back in business.

Trillora is a fine company. They handled everything very well, except for the shipper USF. The order was received at the USF distribution center near my home on Jan 15. It took two delivery attempts and two stays at home before I got it a week later.

Received box damaged on 2 sides (corners). Luckily, no damage to product. Strong corrigated cardboard edges should be placed on corners to re-inforce and avoid damage to corners. Product is sturdy and well-made. 13 days from order date to delivery.
