I tried to contact your customer support staff by phone and email. So far I have not heard back from them. I have an issue with a chipped piece of funrniture that I received last week.

I was not notified that the items ordered were on back order. Instead, I was advised that the items were scheduled to ship in 4-7 days.

The box was damaged when it was delivered by Fed Ex, the box had holes and tears in the box,Secondly I would have liked the ability to track my box so that I would have known that Fed Ex had left my package at my door unannounced.
