I still have not received my item. The website is not available anymore. I tried emailing and I received no response. I would like my money back or the product I paid for. My order number is MM-57691. I am extremely unsatisfied!

I have not received my order and there is no way to contact the vendor. If I was cynical I would say this vendor is an online scam.

My order was canceled without my knowledge or even any notification. I requested an explanation but have been ignored. I WANT NOTHING FROM MARTIAL MART NOW, OR IN THE FUTURE

I've attempted numerous times to contact merchant buy they have no customer service sytem at all. I tried to request a Return authorization number according to their posted procedures but they do not want to respond. Please help!

I was purchased items,not all shipped,There is no phone to call and no way to reach customer service other than e-mail,it took two times to get the first questioned anaswered.Terrible Service!

The sashes I ordered are nice, but the color was not exactly what I had hoped. Also I was trying to track my order and it was very difficult to find out where the order was and when I might expect it. It did arrive quickly which was a surprise.

I was pleased to find what I was looking for at MartialMart. However, I found some other items that I wanted and ordered them, also. Unfortunately, those items were out of stock. I was disappointed that I couldn't get those additional items, too.

No one carry's the master rank for Tang Soo Do (it is Night Blue with a red strip in the center the length of the belt.
