One item shipped by MartialMart was incorrect. However, they immediately and without hesitancy offered to send the correct item with a return, prepaid shipping tag to return the incorrect item.

The head gear that I ordered is blue. It is also indicated in the order sheet which you sent along with this order. But I got a white one instead, it is ok and don't bother to change.

Bought gong fu shoes that cost 3.99. They were too large. Sending them back would have cost more than I had paid for them. I just orderd a smaller pair.

I paid for UPS shipping, but item was sent USPS. Why? USPS takes longer. I paid for UPS so the item would arrive in 3 days. Thanks for listening to my concerns.
