I mistakenly ordered a pair of shoes twice. After I realized it I wrote 3 emails to the company asking for them to erase one of the orders. and to contact me to tell me that they had received my email. I never received the e-mail.

Ordered pair of shoes on 16th, didn't receive til 7 days later (for live TV event); got product too late. Paid $35 for quickest S&H; feel like I wasted money, hope I will be compensated for loss of time. If not will shop somewhere else.
