The shoes that I purchased were exactly what I wanted however I ordered an 81/2 size instead I should have ordered an 8 size. So I returned.

The ONLY issue was that I had to sign for the pkg and I work, was unable to be home for the delivery. I love the product & the website.

I cannot believe how fast and efficient this website was. I live in Mississippi and I got my boots in 3 days with free shipping! I was able to track my order so easily and I love love love my shoes!
