I find it peculiar that they buy-back guarentee rate is only valid for approx 30 days, when I wont be done with the class until late March.

I was looking for a book and I was having difficulty finding. It was an answer key to help me with one of my classes but they book that was linked to me with the ISBN was only half of the answers that I needed. It still works but it is not what I wanted

I ordered this book through you becasue your competitor failed to deliver the book to me in a reasonable time. I am very stisfied with the service and hopefully will order my books a little earlier so I don't have to pay for overnight. Thanks.

I ordered a sign language text book that was supposed to come with 2 dvds. It only came with the second dvd. I couldn't do my homework because it came from the first dvd.
