The entire process worked very well and the order was delivered in a timely manner. The software installed easily and the program worked very well, although the interface could have been a little more like the Garmin Nuvi, which is what I'm used to.

I found it a bit annoying that I had to send a scanned document of my creditcard and driver license, seen in the light that a have done business with them before without any of this.

I placed Dec.9 order for a Christmas gift that I still have not received. When I called I was told the item was not available until February 1. I never had any contact at all to inform me the item was not immediately available.

I found exactly what I wanted from TigerGPS for a great price.When I ordered didn't receive a word from them,I started to worry that I authorized Paypal to hand over $227to a fraudulant company.Better communication with your customers.
