I honestly don't know if this product is any better than what I had. There's nothing that shows me what if anything was updated. I didn't have problems with the previous maps, so I'm not sure what enhancements these new maps have - if ANY.
I have the software but how the hell do you get it to load. I have my Garmin USB but it will not load............pissed off at this time. Should have been load and run easy.
When I ordered this item your ad staated "In StockK" Then thy say 2 or 3 days. It has now been a week and I reced an e-mail today that said soon. Does that mean a day, a week. or how long?
Initially called the support number and then hung up when I realized I could use 'Live Chat'. Then I waited on 'Chat' for 15 minutes for the support person to respond to my question because he was tied up with other customers at the same time.
I was very statisfied with my purchase of a Garmin 755T. The Garmin was initially backordered, but Tiger GPS did a great job of keeping me informed of the backorder status. I would order other products from Tiger GPS without hesitation.
I was somewhat upset that I was told that my order was in stock-until I ordered it. I was then told there would be a slight delay. That slight delay ended up being 17 days. Otherwise I was pleased with the product and staff.
My item was backordered. Before I was emailed about the new delievery date, I called to check the status. I left a message, including a phone number, and never received call back. Although I received an email 2-3 days later, a call back was expected.
