I feel that their promotion regarding subscribing to the email list was misleading. They indicated that if you signed up you would receive 10% off of you next purchase. I did so and did not receive the 10%.

So far the humidifier works good. Having difficulty lifting the refill bottle as I have arthritis in my shoulder, which I will have to figure out an easier way to fill humidifier.

This seems like a terrific product so far...not only does my apartment seem much more comfortable but this machine is much quiter than my previous, more convential dehumidifier. My only complaint is that it lacks a medium/middle on position.

It's alittle too soon to evaluate the product. I need some time to see if the air purifer will work.

I purchased a multipurpose steam mop and was quite nervous about purchasing online in the event I did not like the product or it did not do what it promised. Told I could get estimate of return. Got a run around and was then told I could not.

1. Order came late and not complete2. Got a used unit instead of brand new3. Customer service agent didn't do what she promised4. No apology from the company after writing a complaint
