well this is my 2nd time ordering from ige. the first time a yr or so ago i had to fight with a live chat person for a refund, because i haddnt received it within like 2+ days. and i requested a refund of my order, cuz i felt that 2+days was too much

when buying gold/gil etc maybe make an option to deliver in person, by in-game mail box or seperate in amongst 2-3 characters. im paranoid about being caught so i purposly chose not to get on that day just so it could got to my mail.

I was just disappointed that it took almost 2 weeks to receive my order. I think that will be this kind of delay in receiving an order there should be some type of statement. The first time i made a purchase from IGE I received my order promptly
