Poorly packaged; one of the two bands holding the box together was missing so the box was falling apart; part of the chair was sticking out near the bottom of the box

your survey did not allow for items on backorder. I order my product online thru Office Designs and within 1 minute a rep called to say that they just sold out of item. They gave me option to cancel but I opted to wait.

My first conversation was completely on-sided as the OfficeDesign employee, (Chris) would not let me complete a sentence nor listen to the problem we were having. One of the chairs arrived broken, so we had to return it. The back of another chair was bent, however we were able to fix the problem.
