I wish that the UPS tracking had been included in my shipment confirmation. However, when I did email CS to obtain it, I got a response quickly, and I appreciate that.

The luggage is exceptional and exactly what needed. I have told people at work about and the qaulity of the product. I originally wanted luggage for me. When I told my husband about he said to order him one. It is very easy to roll around and manuever.

I ordered the item online. The next morning I received a call from the customer service representative Love DeAsis who told me that item was no longer available,so I cancelled my order. She was extremely courteous and professional,pleasure to work with!
