Delivery was to be between 11 and 3. At 3 I went online. Truck left at 10:50 but I was the 6th stop. If I knew that earlier I would not have sat around waiting all day. Received call at 4:10 for directions. Delivery was at 4:30. The driver was great.

Their pricing is competitive, product quality is superlative, and my purchase was delivered much sooner than promised.

I feel from the date of purchase to the actual delivery date was quite a long time, eventhough the expected delivery date sent was 07-07-09. The order being processed must have taken over a week because that's when they finally sent the tracking info.

Decent communication. Excellent shipping rate when compared to other companies selling same product (charged $9 vs. $33-$57). This was the decision maker to buy from US Appliance.

Was not notified via email about the shipment or tracking info on product. I had to call to find out info. I thought that I would have been notified by email.

It took only 5 days for my appliances to be delivered from the time I ordered them. Almost as fast as buying locally and the pricing was great.

It took over a week from the time the order was placed until the item shipped. When I called about the availability of the item at the time the order was placed, I was told that there were over a hundred in inventory.
