This is the first time that I have purchased anything from US Appliance and found that the experience was very uneventful. I would definately recommend US Appliance to anyone who would ask.

We did not receive an e-mail notifying us the product was out of stock and also did not credit us until we called looking for the product after 3 weeks at about the time it was due.

The appliance needed additional items to connect it (powercord, hot-water tube, tension projection clamp for the powercord). If highlighted at time of purchase I would have ordered these items from US appliance as well.

It takes too long to receive from you. Regular ground 2 to 3 weeks? Too long. It took you almost two weeks to process for shipment. Not Fedex or UPS fault. You probably don't have stock, you go buy it after I order it.

Very satisfied with total purchase. Because of mix=up in email address I did not get on-line proof of purchase. One call and invoice was promptly mailed.Very satisfied with delivery and set up and very satisfied with product.

I have seen Bluray plyrs that work better with Netflix.I wanted to be able to view all streaming options on the bluray player and select the movie I wanted to watch.Instead, I have to select movies from a computer and add them to my que. US App did well.
