The dog house was very good looking and easy to put together.But,the wood was split in one spot right out of the box. Other than that, I am satisfied with the dog house, but I just assembled it so we will see how durable it is.

I have not received my order yet. I've been waiting since October 26, 2009 since I ordered it. They told me that you would deliver it on October 31, 2009 but it never came in until this morning 11/3/2009.

The code scanned on the 12-pack of canned puppy food only rang up as the price of 1 can. The sales associate had to call the manager over and even he had a hard time. It was not as simple as returning an item bought in-store.

I was really surprised at the price differences between PetCo online and in store. I will probably not shop in store ever again.

Items were not descibed in enough detail, and I ended up purchasing items that I (and my pet) really don't like. Plan to return 2 of 4 items from my order. Very dissapointed.
