I really do appreciate the fact Brylane was honest enough during the ordering process to show that one of my items was out of stock, so I could decided if I was willing to wait before finalizing my purchase.

I received the merchandise on time but one item was broken in several pieces and I feel that I should not have to pay postage on something that I received broken. It was a nice piece but it is beoken.

this item was purchased as a Christmas gift and will not be opened until Christmas day but I feel sure it will meet the quality for which I seek of BrylaneHome products.

I sent an E-Mail the next morning after I order the items and told you to cancel the order as I had changed my mind. You wrote back that you would cancel the order as it had not been shipped yet, but you sent it anyway.
