I purchased 2 flannel shirts. They fit well after being washed (yes we followed the laundering instructions) they shrunk. They was big enough to fit well after shrinking because I planned it that way when I ordered the size of the product that I did.

I specifically ordered a jacket from KingSize direct in order to find a tall which would have long enough sleeves. This jacket had sleeves similar length to a regular sized garment, not a tall.

The hemming of my pants were terrible. It wasn't the right length and wasn't put together properly. I will have to pay to get them hemmed again.
